Conference
The Conference registration fees, includes social events, with early registration applicable if received by May 7th, 2018 (20% VAT included).
Additional person for conference dinner: £35 (includes conference dinner only, spaces are limited).
Non-students: By 15 May 2018: £350; After 15 May 2018: £500
Students: by 15 May 2018: £260; After 15 May 2018: £350

Pen drive with Conference Proceedings and extended abstracts
Conference bag
Coffee breaks, lunches
Conference dinner
Tellus Special Session

Workshops
The registration fees for the short courses are:
£200 for non-students
£100 for students
For these short courses, the registration fees only include coffee breaks.
Field Excursion
Optional field excursion on Friday 6 July 2018: ‘Geology and the Games of Thrones’ with Geological Survey Northern Ireland (GSNI): £30 (numbers of participants are restricted to 45 due to coach size).
All bookings for workshops and the field excursion should be made by the 15th May 2018.
Terms & Conditions
To ensure that your presentation is included in the final program and the conference proceedings, one of the authors must be registered by May 15th.
Student rate attendees must send by e-mail to the 2018@geoenvia.org, a letter from their Department Head/Chair that states that the attendee is a full-time student.
Payment Confirmation Notifications will be sent to your email address, once your payment is processed successfully. No other confirmation will be sent.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation notice must be made in writing. If written cancellation is received before 1 May 2018, 90% of registration fees will be refunded. Cancellations and refund requests received after 1 May 2018 will not be accepted. All fees are non-refundable after 1 May 2018. Unfortunately, under no circumstances can we issue refunds for no-shows.
